They charge 10% for service services, of course, this is normal, but an interesting nuance is that of these 10%, even 5% are not received by waiters (I asked several), they receive 80-100 thousand a day, from morning to evening. There are a lot of non-edible meat parts in the filling, and the meat fat is disgusting! It would be better to get mutton fat there and clean the meat from all sorts of rubbish that spoils apetite for 50. thousand sums is not worth it in my opinion!
