If you could put 6 stars, I would. We love to relax here, especially during the autumn holidays. Lots of kids. If you want quiet, choose arrivals outside of the holidays. The staff is good, there are more and more new repairs in the rooms.
There is one THING - this is a BAR. THE BAR EMPLOYEE IS CHEATING THE CHILDREN!!!!!!!! Do not let one child go to the bar, go with him. Management, install video surveillance over her workplace. It's the same thing every year.
It got worse with the procedures, you don't get what you wanted and what you were going for.

We have been vacationing at the Talka Wellness Center for several years. I really like everything. The rest here is decent. The medical base is wide. There is a salt cave and a radon bath. The rooms are well renovated. The medical staff is responsive and attentive.

The place is amazing. In general, I agree with all the positive reviews. Of course, there are disadvantages, but where are they not? The main thing is how to treat them. I didn't have a TV in my room, but the director gave me his from the office. The food is not at the highest level, but there have been finds (personally to my taste). The procedures are interesting, one cedar barrel is worth a lot. And the air.... Beautiful weather and silence...

The staff is very pleasant and helpful! Wonderful treatments! It's a pity there's no pool... He is sorely missed here! Most of the rooms are very nice and freshly renovated! But there is a question about food... The female half is basically full, but the portions for men are too small. And there is also a fairly small selection of dishes. My husband said, "The food is about nothing," although it's okay for me) As for entertainment, everything is sad with them... The lady organizer is not very pleasant! At the dance, her playlist is so sickening! And she has zero organizational skills!! If someone else had been in her place, there would have been no price!!! And so, in principle, the place to relax is wonderful! And it's also very beautiful here!!! The barbecue area in general!!

I have been vacationing with my son for three years in a row. I'm taking June, the beginning of the holidays.
I'll say this - everyone will find what they were going for: there is enough of the beautiful half, the store has everything you need, the healing and wellness procedures are wonderful, the staff is polite and moderately courteous, excellent room stock (good, fashionable repairs) and spacious and comfortable to stay in, a barbecue area, a tennis court, a volleyball court, billiards, a sauna with a swimming pool, a very beautiful and well-groomed territory, a small but very cozy modern bar, the food in the dining room is very diverse, tasty and in a decent volume for me as a man (my son does not force his portion, and we never went to the store for catch-up), a small lake is available with an abundance of various fish, we swim more.
Well, how about my son and me: table tennis, bicycle rental, a wonderful water park (and for a penny) in 26 minutes by diesel (Osipovichi), there are plenty of children for the child's games during this period, children are really very fun and parents are calm (nearby, in a safe area), it's like a family and everything works out together.
In general, during our stay we improve our health, take a break from everyday life, and get positive emotions.
I definitely recommend it, that's why I visit it myself.
Of the cons -....... well, there are a lot of mosquitoes)

I'm taking away one star... I'll explain now. Mom and daughter rested in this Sanatorium. I liked everything. Clear. The procedures are super, but of course you need to select them individually. The payment for a child is the same as for an adult, taking into account that the mother had a ticket with a room, and she took her granddaughter with her. That is, my five-year-old daughter did not need a separate room and they even slept together on the bed.
In the dining room, the portions were the same for both adults and children. Question... What for? So much food was thrown away! Every day! There is famine in many countries... (I've already digressed)))) I just want to say that it is at least not reasonable and unnecessary. And why is the price with the settlement the same and the fact that this is a five-year-old child is not taken into account ......?

A worthy place for summer holidays, holidays with children. The staff is polite. No-frills meals, with a choice of menus. The rooms are comfortable, TV with cable channels, mosquito nets, plumbing is serviceable and clean. The choice of procedures is sufficient, the prices are reasonable. But in order to choose the time of the procedures, it is better to stop by in the morning.

We were in this sanatorium from 24.07 to 04.08 in 2023. Before that, we rested in Talc in winter. There are a lot of children in the summer race, this is a minus - it is noisy, you are constantly afraid that you will be pushed down the stairs - children are rushing everywhere. Another of the disadvantages is that the food has become worse compared to the winter period, they gave old kefir - tomorrow the expiration date is coming off, today you have it for dinner, well, rotten pears, nectarines and apples for an afternoon snack, for possible reasons - a lot of people came, but the cooks did not take out less, they personally watched how they took out 2 tightly packed bags each)) The dishes came across both broken and with traces of unwashed drink, as well as forks and spoons.
Another of the disadvantages is the huge number of wasps, simply immeasurable, and ticks were found on vacationers. Wasps were everywhere - in gazebos, on the playground, by the lake, flew onto balconies and, if you did not close the doors, climbed into the rooms. The mosquito nets couldn't cope, and they were only on the window, but not on the balcony door.
Of entertainment, literally nothing, again compared to winter. One paid excursion to the agrousalba is to try sausage fat and moonshine for an additional fee, one paid trip to the water park in Osipovichi, and departure for an excursion to the spring with water is the only free one. In winter there was a karaoke contest, intellectual entertainment for children, and organized outdoor games, in summer - nothing.
On the territory - in the building on the 5th floor, the ceiling was flowing in 2 places, it turned out to be in the rain, no one was in a hurry to clean up a puddle in the corridor on the 5th floor, vacationers were cleaning. The ceiling was also leaking in the medical building, one of the ways to deal with this is to put buckets under a puddle and that's it. I remind you, it flowed in the building where the treatment is carried out and children can rush on the wet floor among buckets of water.
I liked the procedures, thanks a lot to all the nurses, they are smart. The rest leaves much to be desired.
Another disadvantage is that often in the evenings there was no hot water, or it flowed barely warm. Letters to the magazine for plumbing applications did not give anything, there were extremely many such applications. When they contacted the chief engineer, they heard in response that such water was supplied from the city and nothing could be done about it.
