Прогулялись по выставке, дом Тамак показался самым душевным: реалистичный ремонт дает почувствовать реальность дома и «примерить» его на себя, менеджер Ян все очень подробно рассказал, показал варианты, помог просчитать. Ждем весну, ищем участок, и будем начинать!

Захожу на сайт, вижу акцию, скидка 20% на домокомплект и работы, под звездочкой только для комплектации комфорт. На сайте и в брошюрах такой комплектации не нашел. Звоним менеджеру, просчитываем дом (далее все цены условные), стоимость 100 рублей. Спрашиваю что такое "комфорт" - скидывают pdf, изучаю - комфорт это комплектация со стенами в 2 раза тоньше и с материалами от 2х до 10 раз дешевле. Спрашиваю цену того же дома, но в комплектации Комфорт - присылают смету 84р (включая скидку 20% из акции), 4р - окна и двери, на них скидка не распространяется это ок. Т.е. в итоге, либо комфорт=стандарт по цене, чего быть не может, либо Тамак называет разницу в цене материалов скидкой.
