My husband really wanted pilaf, and actually went there because of him. At six in the evening, there was not a single type of pilaf. I had to think quickly about what to replace it with. The waiter stood with an indifferent face. We ordered a lagman from the boss. He has an interesting serve. Different ingredients are served in three plates. We ask the waitress again how to eat it properly? She shrugged her shoulders. They asked if they could mix everything up? The answer is, well, you can mix it up. In my understanding, the waiter is a representative of the establishment and the chef. Must know how to eat it) In general, my husband mixed and ate it, he says it's delicious, but we still don't know if we did it right. In principle, there are no complaints about the kitchen at all. Everything is delicious. We also took a warm salad in teriyaki sauce. There is a lot of meat and it is delicious. A warm salad with shrimp and eggplant is also delicious.
