I chose this salon because of their reputation, positive reviews, and the promise of a Top Master experience. I value quality, professionalism, and respectful communication unfortunately, what happened today showed the complete opposite. From the moment I arrived, the lash master Ramina did not introduce herself until I directly asked her name. Instead of greeting a paying client with basic courtesy, she spoke to me with irritation, defensiveness, and zero professionalism. I had already explained my 5-year experience with lash extensions, my sensitivity to glue, and sent a photo of what I wanted yet it was clear she had not reviewed any of it or was not informed at all. When I calmly mentioned that in the U.S. disposable covers are used so clients don’t need to remove their shoes, she reacted aggressively and repeated, “This is not America,” in a rude tone. I was not demanding American rules I was simply explaining my experience. Somehow several staff repeated this phrase to me, as if I said something offensive, when I was completely respectful. The most shocking part: another employee took my photo WITHOUT my permission and sent it to their manager. This is a serious privacy violation and something no professional salon would ever allow. What surprised me even more was how multiple lash masters suddenly acted as a group, speaking to me with zero manners or respect, as if they owned the place. I came as a polite, clear, and respectful client yet I was treated like the problem for simply communicating normally. It’s actually sad, because even if I had enough money to buy their entire building, I would never behave this aggressively or disrespectfully toward anyone. Respect is the foundation of good service, and I didn’t receive it here. Instead, I witnessed the opposite. My experience with Ramina and the team today was unprofessional, disrespectful, and far below the standard they advertise. I hope management takes this seriously, because no client deserves to be spoken to this way.
