Our experience with Tamos private school turned out to be extremely negative due to the serious problem of bullying. There have been cases of bullying by classmates in our child's classroom for a long time. Despite repeated appeals to the homeroom teacher and the school administration, we did not receive any real help. The school demonstrates complete indifference to the psychological state of the students. Instead of dealing with bullying prevention and victim support, administration officials are trying to "hush up" the problem and not take it outside the school. Moreover, the child was repeatedly made to understand that complaining was "wrong," which only increased stress and a sense of helplessness. Such a reaction is absolutely unacceptable for an educational institution that positions itself as an elite one. The safety and psychological well-being of children should be a priority, not a formal check mark. If you are looking for a school where your child will be comfortable, safe and respected, I would strongly recommend looking at other options.
