Tangerine 4* Hotel is one of the best luxury hotels on the coast of Batumi. The Tangerine Resort is located within walking distance to the municipal beach, approximately 250 meters away. The hotel is located on the 21st and 22nd floors of a high-rise building. The rooms are spacious and bright, with high-quality repairs and stylish interiors. The reception is staffed 24/7 by professional hotel staff who are always ready to help. I am very grateful to Irina, the hotel employee, who postponed our reservation a day in advance and upgraded the room with a sea view. We were late arriving in Batumi and had to stop in Tbilisi because it was dangerous to drive along an unfamiliar road at night. I also want to express my special gratitude to the employee Rosa, who helped us with the room when we returned to Batumi!!! Thanks again to the entire management of the Tangerine hotel for their sensitivity, attention and desire to help the client, such an attitude is expensive!!! An important advantage of the hotel is a good price-quality ratio, high-quality room cleaning, elevators without long waiting times (this is a rarity in Batumi), the presence of a restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner, walking distance to all the sights of the city. We have been staying at the Tangerine Hotel for several days now and are very satisfied!!!

We stayed at this hotel from 08/9/2025-08/13/2025 on the 22nd floor in room 2208 with two rooms. My family of five is very cozy, the girls are on a pull-out sofa, the boy is on a pull-out chair, and we are in the second room on the bed. The staff is excellent, Russian-speaking, always helpful and helpful. The room has: Washer Dryer Iron The ironing board Nuke Fan Dishes Tea/coffee/water kettle Two refrigerators Two TVs Two air conditioners Safe The view from the balcony is magnificent, to the mountains and the sea. Room cleaning, towel change, garbage disposal every day. The entire 22nd floor and the floor in the room are covered with carpet (we love this, it's very comfortable for us and the children, they don't walk on a cold floor, and besides, with air conditioning). There are three elevators on the floor, they work well, there are no breakdowns or delays. The beach and the Grand Mall shopping center are within walking distance, there are many different shops, pharmacies, cafes, parking is problematic (free space is worth its weight in gold). On the ground floor there is a cafe at the hotel, a variety of delicious dishes, you will not regret visiting! Overall, everything went great!!! I highly recommend staying here!!! Tangerine is 2 floors on the 21st and 22nd floors of a new high-rise building. The Windows overlook the courtyard well or the sea. The rooms (apartments) are cozy, beds with a good mattress and bedding, air conditioning and a minimal set of accessories. Solid 3* There is a cafe of the same name where it is sooooo delicious, for 75 gels you can buy an a la carte breakfast. But there is a BUT. Very!!!!! You should book carefully. I guess there are a lot of owners who resell the rooms. Therefore, the booked room with a sea view on May 18, and fully paid for via Yandex Travel, was unavailable upon arrival on July 5 due to "lack of reservation and payment," as stated at the Tangerine reception. I had to pay for their accommodation again in cash. Yandex refunded the prepayment, by the way. So be careful. There are often scams in high-rise buildings here. I think the right solution in such apartments is booking and paying upon check-in.

7-20.09 I would like to immediately point out the professional and customer-oriented approach of Rosa's manager to the guests. We were informed in advance of the arrival time, met at the entrance, checked in earlier than standard time, answered questions. The room is quite comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, 2 pillows each, a good modern bathroom, there is no audible neighbors, a comfortable balcony with two armchairs and a table. The 22nd floor has a beautiful view of the sea. The linen was changed very often, daily cleaning. Due to the postponement of the flight, Rosa found an opportunity to provide us with a room before the time of late departure, for which she is especially grateful. The embankment is across the street from the hotel, there are pedestrian and bicycle paths on it, and all kinds of SIM rental. Nearby there are shops with all kinds of products, if necessary. Very tasty food, breakfast is included in the price. Lots of fresh and delicious salads, full-fledged meat dishes of local cuisine, pkhali, pastries, juices. Everything is very tasty.

Nice hotel. The STAFF speaks Russian. We lived on the 21st floor, there were no problems with the elevator and waiting, it takes a couple of minutes. The view from the balcony to the sea is magical. CLEANING is daily. There is a refrigerator and a minibar in the ROOM for a fee (different types of alcohol, juice, water, even contraceptives), a brochure with prices for it all nearby. The BEACH is 5 minutes away, if you walk along the beach to the right 200 meters away, then there will be a changing room and a shower. PARKING is either spontaneous around the hotel or a normal large mat in 50 meters is free. Nearby there are shops, cafes, exchangers. The Ferris wheel and the statue of Theo and Nino are 50 minutes away, walking slowly along the embankment (to the right relative to the hotel), past glowing buildings, orbis, singing fountains. The breakfasts are varied, but since October 1 they have become on the menu, 5 pieces to choose from (egg, bacon /sausage, vegetables, sweets)

Nice rooms on the 22nd floor. The room is spacious with a nice interior. Towels were changed every day, but the water was not renewed, the water was 1 time on the first day and tea. There is also no shampoo in the room, only soap and shower gel. Otherwise, everything is fine.

We lived here from 31.12.23 to 7.01.24 in a standard double room with sea view on the 21st floor. The view is gorgeous in any weather, both from the balcony and just from the window. The room is spacious enough, we brought a yoga mat and the second one would also fit. The bed is very large, the mattress is quite hard. The closet is roomy, the table is also good, there is even a refrigerator, but we did not use it. The bathroom is not small, the heating is good. The room has air conditioning, also warmed up well. Cleaning every day, we even had to ask not to clean, it was too clean 😅 Separately, about the breakfasts - they are gorgeous, very tasty, hearty, beautiful, just excellent. We had dinner once, it was also very, very tasty, I took the pumpkin salad into my recipes. At prices about the same as in other places in the city, I can't say which is more expensive.

We stayed in this cozy hotel for 12 nights on the 22nd floor from June 17 to 28, 2023. .It is a 3-minute leisurely walk to the sea. Attentive and responsive staff (both at the reception and the maids), always with a smile ready to quickly help in solving any problem. The rooms are spacious and bright, snow-white towels and a bed, comfortable beds, everything is clean, and homely and cozy. The room has everything you need, I will note the heated towel rail in the bathroom. But I especially want to mention the delicious, hearty and varied food in the hotel cafe. I would also like to express my deep gratitude for the sensitive and courteous service to the waiters Anastasia and Alexander and the master of his craft, the bartender Alexander .Many thanks for the hospitality and warm welcome to all the staff of the hotel!I will recommend it to all my friends to visit!
