We work near this place and often after a busy day we stopped by with friends to smoke a hookah and have a snack. Previously, we were not enthusiastic about the food, but without complaints, it was just mediocre, a little short of its price tag, now it has become simply inedible (we tried many times to convince ourselves otherwise and ordered again and again, but in vain), so we have to go deeper into the center to relax. It's a pity, because the place is really convenient in location and, to my taste, very beautiful. Besides, it's a pity that hookah master Vadim only works there, because he's a really cool professional. I wish him one star personally, a star for the beautiful interior, and a star for the memories of the many evenings he spent well.

We were there yesterday with friends. The waitress didn't know anything about the ingredients of the dishes or the ingredients of the drinks. To be honest, I don't see any problem prescribing the composition of dishes and drinks, especially when the menu is on your website and not in the printed version. The tagliatelle was sticky, the shrimp tasteless, and the dish itself didn't seem to have been brought to taste.
Hookah is also "without emotions": the strength and taste seemed to be spared. The only thing I liked was porn star martini, a really decent version. And the guy who saw us off. Awful. We visited the establishment on 29.12 at about 23:30. It was bad from beginning to end. There was no administrator at the entrance. They stood in their outerwear and looked for at least some staff. We ordered hookah, food and tea. I didn't like anything. The hookah, it should be noted, was made quickly. BUT: the request for hookah was made clearly. One of the requests is not to add a mix of red berries. The hookah master added it, calling them sour, not red. 😂 Tea is something tasteless on the frozen berries. Carbonara 🤢. One of the most tasteless in my life. The pasta itself was not cooked (it was just flour on the teeth) and was very salty. The waiter insisted that everything was OK and it was because of the bacon. I do not dispute that if you add salt to salted bacon, it will become too much, and all this could be attributed to fastidiousness, if 2 out of 3 people did not feel sick to their stomachs after eating it. There was no desire to stay there for more than an hour. And the icing on the cake was the receptionist, who did not respond to her calls and spoke on the phone. Just like an hour ago, three guests were standing at the reception desk, only now with the question: "when will we receive the attention of an employee who should immediately respond to us?"
They were here for the first time yesterday. And definitely for the last time. Those who wrote in the reviews that there are no more places with food, bar and hookah in Minsk did not search well. There are many places that are definitely better than this one)

I liked the hookah, they made it as strong as they asked for.
The only surprise was that the first time the coals began to be changed after an hour, when they were about to leave.

MUSIC: the volume was high, which created inconvenience - I had to speak very loudly, half of what other guests were talking about could not be heard, the pop style was an unfortunate choice, because the hookah bar, first of all, is a place of rest and relaxation, which implies the style - lounge, new age ;
HOOKAH: an associative taste was ordered - "Moscow Sunset (that is, when you smoke, you want to feel exactly this), the hookah maker was warned that an associative taste was needed, the hookah maker confirmed that he was ready to recreate this taste, the strength is average, the result of the hookah evaluation is from 1 to 10 points:
- recreating the taste of "Moscow Sunset" by 3 points (the hookah maker could not explain the choice of ingredients to recreate the ordered taste);
- if you evaluate the taste of the hookah as a whole - 7 points.
DRINKS: lemonade drink was ordered - good taste;

- Pasta Carbonara is one of the smallest portions I've ever eaten;
- Roast beef salad is excellent, unusual slicing, a good combination of dressings;

I would like to express my great gratitude to this institution and its staff for their high-quality work and special attitude towards the guests of Tangers. I'll start with the atmosphere, very unusual, dim lights, comfortable sofas and of course a cozy atmosphere. Special thanks to hookah master Moad, he is a professional in his field and a very positive person, remembers his guests, which is very pleasant! It is not the first time we come to this institution and we are always greeted with a smile, a large selection of hookah flavors, they can replace the hookah if they do not like it in the first 15 minutes (I was surprised when I was offered such a replacement). There is also a selection of hot dishes, snacks, and cocktails from the menu. We took pear tea and hookah with pear flavor, a great combination. And what I want to note in particular is that this is the BEST hookah restaurant. I have never seen such a saturated and at the same time easy-to-inhale hookah anywhere, smoking for a long time (good smoke for more than an hour of constant smoking), coals are constantly changing. I put a huge 5+, I wish all the staff and managers further growth and more satisfied visitors!

I have been a fan of tangiers tobacco for a long time, and since I came to a friend's house for the weekend and decided to go to a hookah bar, I chose this place. Naturally, in the tangiers lounge you need to start with tangier) We took a Cane Mint on a fan, drifted, took white tea and non-alcoholic cocktails (very tasty) with it. The second bowl was asked for some kind of gastronomy, but not aggressive, so as not to scare away the guests) Moad offered us a great option. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to check out the kitchen that evening, so it was decided to return the next day.
They came, took DEUS - OUD FOR HAPPINESS, brought it to us on a very beautiful hookah decorated with Swarovski stones, and also decided to take Sheng Puer to this taste, for, so to speak, the effect of cascading smoking. In total, we smoked 4 bowls during 2 visits, and everything was top. The atmosphere, the interior, the music, it's just a dump of the head. I don't want to leave there in any way. And really, I didn't want to. Today I seem to be writing this review with a cold head, but so far I have finished writing to this point, I understand that I am overwhelmed with emotions again. The ordered tom yam soup tastes like water with tomatoes and pieces of tasteless mushrooms. Rice was served undercooked to tom yam. This dish is not worth the money.
There are big doubts about the CHERRY strudel, because there is not even a hint of cherry in taste, but the taste of a grated apple that has been baked is clearly felt.
I liked the Philadelphia cheese ice cream - it got two stars instead of one.
Hookahs are not bad. The place is quite stuffy and smoky.
