It's a average place. I however was surprised to find out that walls are from gypsocarton... You hear people speaking in the night.

Great location. Great breakfasts. The staff is pleasant, polite and helpful. There is a private shower in the room. Welcome water, tea, coffee, electric kettle. TV, air conditioning. Of course, towels and hygiene products. It's all cool. In the room I stayed in, 3 of the available 5 outlets were working (1 is a TV), the location of the remaining two left much to be desired. It's not scary, but a nuance, as they say.
The main feature of this hotel is the contrast shower, by default. That is, from the tap, from the shower, water flows in an unusual way, namely: by default, turning on the water for warm, you get warm water, but in a small trickle, then the water seems to end, but immediately returns with the pressure of ice water, a few seconds of ice water are replaced by the pressure of boiling water, then about the same amount of time for warm water again. And so the whole process is while the water is on (the mixer, of course, was not touched). If you know the cycles, then you can swim.

A magnificent hotel in a convenient location, departure in all directions, 5-7 minutes to the center.
European breakfast is included, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, 2 bottles of water, large TV, internal telephone, wardrobe/closet with hangers, air conditioning, fully equipped combined bathroom, room cleaning every day.
Cleanliness, order and a warm welcome - I recommend it.

The hotel is good, the price is too high, but you have to understand that the price is the most reasonable of all in the city. The breakfasts are good. But there is no high chair. The staff was hospitable and helped to solve all our problems. The only guide he picked up for us was so-so (we went to look at the mountains, for some reason he brought us to the border with Kyrgyzstan and to the reservoir, asked us to show the sights in the city - he said there was nothing to see there ...) Therefore, it is probably better to use some other aggregators for guides. There were no questions or problems about the number.

The hotel is not bad on average! For a short stay, that's the thing. Sometimes there are interruptions with hot water. The rooms are very cozy, the beds are comfortable, the beds are clean, but there is no iron and board. The laundry and ironing room are open only during the day. The breakfasts are normal, but monotonous. Convenient location, in the city center. The airport is nearby. There is a comfortable and large parking lot.

Once again I stayed at this hotel on 26/04/2024, I update the review: among the disadvantages - towels have become stiff (probably something is added during washing), the bathroom needs to be refreshed, do not put soap. On the plus side, the rooms still have two bottles of water, two packs of black and green tea, and a kettle.
The biggest plus is that breakfasts are prepared for loved ones, there are even two types of delicious homemade pizza for breakfast (as before)... Respect!

Замечательный отель. Расположен на въезде в город на центральной улице. До центра 5 минут езды.
Отель очень свежий. Все чисто, аккуратно работает как и должно работать. Быстрый интернет, очень вежливый, внимательный, и в то же время ненавязчивый персонал, готовый прийти на помощь по любому вопросу.
Отдельно хоту отметить завтрак. Для отеля такой ценовой категории, завтрак очень вкусный разнообразный и сытный.

Да ! Аккуратная ,чистенькая гостиница, с вежливым персоналом...!
Но !
В двухместном номере ,только один стул ?
На двоих ,на два дня один пакетик чая и один пакетик кофе, сахара нет , ложечек нет, стакан один...
В номере нет сейфа и нет холодильника ...
Унитаз не закреплен и шатается...
При пользовании душем и умывальником пол заливается толстым слоем воды ...
Шведский стол на завтрак скромненький, но всё свежее и вкусное ...!

In general, it's good. The staff is hospitable, which is typical for the whole of Uzbekistan. The room was heavily heated, but the window saved me. The bed linen is good, it's not creepy to sleep.WIFI was working fine. On the one hand, everything seems to be modern in the room, on the other, as if there is a touch of fatigue. For example, the brush fell apart in his hands. Breakfasts don't shine with a large selection, but it's enough for a morning snack, it's a pity the coffee machine didn't work.

Лучший отель в Фергане. Просто приезжайте без завышенных ожиданий и все будет отлично. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Есть возможность заказать трансфер из и в аэропорт, что удобно. Завтрак - лучше не обсуждать, потому-что он так себе. НО, тем не менее, впечатления отличные.

Хороший отель. Обслуживание понравилось. Ребята с ресепшена быстро решали любые вопросы. На завтраках есть колбасы, сосиски, яйца. Хотелось бы больше зелени. Расположение очень удобное. Отель находится на главной центральной улице

Забронировали отель, но приехав в Фергану на день раньше, нас не заселили. Сказали, что мест нет, только с завтрашнего числа. Мы нашли другой отель, который нас больше устроил по терреториальному положению. Как и везде бронь была на бесплатной основе. Но на другой день, когда мы не приехали, нам начали названивать, чуть ли не кричать, что номер был забронирован под нас и нести всякую хрень и вынудили нас оплатить половину за эти сутки, при том что бронь никогда не оплачивается. Осадок остался не самым лучшим от такого развода по-узбекски.

Приветливый персонал , номера нормальные Небольшой запах канализации в туалете. Лично мне не хватило холодильника в номере , вроде для такого климата холодильник должен быть в обязательном порядке в каждом номере, но есть только в люксах.
Завтрак шведский стол , в принципе позавтракать можно нормально .

Хороший отель, наверно один из лучших в Фергане, в том числе по соотношению цена/качество.
В целом понравилось все , кроме 2 моментов:
1) помимо классической уборки в номерах , все разбросанные вещи , предметы и прочее будут переложены и реорганизованы (по ощущениям будто к тебе приходила убираться мать :))
Искать потом предметы по комнате не очень увлекательно , кажется это лишнее
2) в дверях душевой нет резиновых подкладок и вода из кабины вытекает на пол уборной
4 с половиной звёзды в целом ставлю 👍

Чистый номер с необходимой мебелью и удобствами. Любезный персонал. Завтраки скоромные, но наесться можно. В гостинице есть услуги прачки.
Расположение гостиницы удобное. До аэропорта не более 10 минут.
