I went to this restaurant the people are so racist l wouldn’t recommend any black person to go there . There are lot of good restaurants in Moscow where you can be treated nicely. I actually stayed there more than 30 minutes they served other people coming in but not me . I asked them when will you take my order they said just sit we will come , but they never did .

Decent food. Moderately swift service. Not more, not less. I ordered lunch with 4 positions and a drink. ~600 rubles is pretty cheap.
