No offense, but you don't taste good at all. The Peking duck was not a fountain, onions and cucumbers are cut much thinner than they do in this institution. Prices are above average - probably for expensive repairs and furniture in your establishment. The only thing that was normal was dessert. The mussels were with a porphyry cap made of mayonnaise, the noodles were moved as if the cook was pregnant. Well, in general, you are also learning and learning. We visited this place today. I called in the morning and booked for the evening. We arrived and were not disappointed. A pleasant, cozy and most importantly for me a quiet place. There are seats in the hall, as well as seats on the veranda. The interior, the atmosphere and the staff are all super. We liked the menu that we ordered, but the only dish of mussels was very salty.

The format is a bit unclear. It's a bar or a restaurant, the music is interesting, but too loud, clubby. There is no place for dancing, so it is not clear who the music is for. Such an intimate setting, but it won't do for a date - you can't hear the interlocutor. For fun events? - probably not enough dance floor.
The menu is without complaints, but there was no special delight either. I liked the lemonades.

I didn't like anything: we were on a day off, the staff seemed to be still asleep. Crispy rolls with salmon and shrimp have the same taste because of the strange sauce, the rice itself is hard, the sauce is too sweet. Sushi with salmon is falling apart, while the salmon itself is cherished. There is no tanuki-yam - it looks like diluted from a bag, the soup is liquid - 1 shrimp, 1 mussel, 1 squid. In general, everything seems to be in a cheap cafe itself, and not in a restaurant.

Tanuki in Tashkent is better in terms of cuisine and interior than in Moscow, the check is Moscow. I ran into some incomprehensible stupidity in the restaurant:
16 o'clock in the afternoon, an empty restaurant (only the veranda is occupied), a sign "reserve" on all tables, asked to put me in a quiet place and I was put in the noisiest place near the small room where the program for children is going on. I spent 1 hour in the establishment and none of those tables were occupied in the end. The staff themselves are as pleasant as possible and try to show the traditional hospitality for Uzbekistan, but as soon as the manager of the institution appears in the hall, they begin to look around in panic (this is very noticeable and looks strange) and look like soldiers on parade.

The norms of the restaurant are not respected.
1. Quality. Tiramisu was with liquid at the bottom, which means it had been standing for a long time.
2. Tiramisu was in butter, not cheese, and without cookies. I had to use two fingers and a toilet bowl.
3. The dishes in the restaurant should be brought at the same time, and not in the way that they were brought to me first, and to my wife in 10 minutes.
4. Maintenance below the baseboard. Everyone sleeps, walks after each other and reacts after 10 minutes.

The flagship restaurant. Entrance area with fountain, hookahs, brand new renovation and furniture. They cook the same way as in Moscow, the 1 in 1 menu is only more expensive. We were there with children who love sushi. Sushi is certainly "not the same". Only for this 4. But we already know that Tashkent is not a city where sushi is a native dish. Tanuki disappointed, the visit on 11/25/22 at 19.30-20.45: the serving of dishes is zero - you will not take a single photo. Tanuki-yam can be served to those who have never tasted tom-yam (and after it you definitely won't fall in love with this dish) In remen, like tonuki-yam, the broth is not saturated and the contents exist on their own, the noodles are poorly boiled and resemble noodles for lagman. Rice in rolls gives a strange taste and also has the color and consistency of "Krasnodar" and this taste is enhanced by the sour taste of soy, tasteless wasabi, which is like ginger in microscopic size. There is a lot of ice in alcoholic cocktails and for some reason the taste of vodka prevails everywhere than other alcohol. The classic mulled wine recipe has been simplified to hot wine with lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Nicoise salad is better than in other restaurants since tuna is not canned, but it has a sour taste and the density of meat is "not of the highest quality", avocado 1cm x 1cm and the same size of quail eggs also does not improve the taste of salad seasoned with tasteless sauce. Dim sum with shrimp and crab were not bad against the background of everything else, but the ordered hot sauce turned out to be sweet and sour (sauces that are listed on the menu were not provided). Regarding the staff, there is no enthusiasm, and the inverted dimes on the table did not improve the impression - no apologies were made. The minus of this restaurant is marked on the maps in another place, the sign is not visible because of the canopy and, moreover, is not turned on, since there is no phone number yet (it's good that they had a phone at Tom Yam Bar and they oriented how to find them).
