I really liked the hotel, the price and quality match. It was clean and cozy, but it was very hot. But it's better than freezing. Very friendly staff. It smelled very good when we checked in, I wanted to buy it, but the receptionist told us to treat us) It seems like a small thing, but it feels so good!

The room is spacious, clean, but there are big problems with hospitality. There is no hair dryer, the administration at the reception is very impolite of all the staff, only one pleasant employee. The room is very cold, they refused to fix it. We often visit Aktobe, but we will never come to this hotel again. There are no alternatives for breakfast at all, they give one dish before the fact and that's it. It doesn't matter if you eat it or not.

+ Good price and large room size, clean, polite staff.
- The switch to the bathroom needs to be hit harder to make it work - that's what they said at the reception. Personally, I couldn't do it. The breakfast is mediocre, but edible. It's only by car / taxi to get to the hotel, it doesn't seem far from the city center, but it's still a long and inconvenient walk.

Overall, the place is comfortable, clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious. The WiFi is slowing down. The parking lot is tiny and faces a busy street. Any movement through the ring, which does not move at all during rush hour. Also, be prepared for the fact that events with loud music can be held late into the night

It's a good place to rent for a couple of days. The accommodation included breakfast, the food was delicious. There is water in the cooler. There are friendly girls at the reception, when checking in, they waited for us until one o'clock in the morning (they arrived a little late). In general, there are positive emotions about Kazakhstan, people are hospitable and open.

To begin with, we arrived at this hotel early in the morning, and all we were interested in from the road was hot water and a bed. The first thing I did was ask the receptionist if there were any of these facilities? To which I received a positive response, asked about WiFi and then we were assured that there is a very good wifi. In general, we went to bed right away, woke up in the evening and found that there was no water, NO water AT ALL!!! We were told there was an accident in the city. And there is no water. When we were there, they called an unknown number (apparently a friend prepared in advance) and they said there was an accident. As you understand, we refused to believe in this. And instead of apologizing, they just frankly sent us, and when asked to return the money, they told us: "we won't give you anything, go write a statement." Somehow, we still managed to get half the amount refunded, with scandals and other consequences. Anyway, there is no service from the word at all, I would not recommend this hotel to visit, but it's up to you!
And yes, the wifi is only there near the reception desk and that's mediocre!

We stopped at this place out of desperation. Wretched and terrible! The rooms are smoky. The furniture is old and battered. The bed linen is torn. They don't clean up! They settled in a dirty room at all, I had to ask them to clean it. At the same time, the price tag is 3 times too high. The staff is a separate nightmare. No apologies, nothing, for the inconvenience. I also had to fight in the morning. Stay away from this place.

It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone.
The water was turned off, the money refused to be returned, after 2 hours of negotiations, they returned half the cost after only 7 hours of sleep.
The bed linen is dirty
The room is all broken up
There was no pressure from the shower
Then the water was turned off altogether
