This place has become our favorite in the Lebyazhye area – we look here almost every day. It perfectly combines a cozy atmosphere, pleasant background music and the opportunity to spend a quiet evening with a glass of good wine. The menu impresses with its variety: from light dishes for those who follow the figure, to excellent seafood – perhaps the best in this part of the city. Special mention should be made of seasonal offers and branded homemade "Napoleon", which has become our favorite dessert. We live very close by, and we often spend evenings here – the atmosphere is conducive to both a romantic dinner and a leisurely conversation over a glass of wine.
The audience here is mostly local and respectable, which creates a chamber atmosphere without excessive noise and fuss. This is the perfect place for important moments in life – whether it's a romantic marriage proposal or just a cozy evening in pleasant company.
The highway is a piece of Paris in the center of Minsk, fragrant espresso.. The staff is excellent, without swagger and pathos, young, creative and positive guys with a good sense of humor and intelligence.
However, as in any premium establishment, sometimes there are annoying incidents with guests whose ideas of haute cuisine are limited to the experience of "all-inclusive" resorts. These rare episodes with attempts to create dramatic situations, some kind of stray fly throws its own.. reviews of the fan only emphasize the overall high level of the institution and its regular visitors.
I consider it my duty to share this review in order to maintain the reputation of a truly worthy restaurant, where every detail is thought out to create an impeccable gastronomic experience.

It's a very beautiful, peaceful place. Pleasant halls and comfortable tables and chairs. It's very atmospheric.
Great food, beautiful serving and a good selection of wines and beers.
Of the minuses, the service is above average (the visit was in June '24), one girl takes everything out on herself, the waiter guy was able to "forget" the order and pass by several times.
But, believing in the best, I think that the place is definitely worth visiting and will be able to please.

If you want to eat your dinner with a crowd of flies under the stories of the rude staff, you are here. We went to have dinner. We ordered wine and salads. Immediately after that, a gang of flies flew to our table, which landed everywhere: on cutlery, tables, food. I drew the waiter's attention to this, to which I received an answer – it's none of my business. I invited the administrator. At first, the waiter lied that he was not there, then some woman came in jeans and a sweater, not in uniform and without a badge. She refused to introduce herself, gave her name to the administrators. She told me that I had come to conflict, that if I moved to another table where the flies had already sat, it would be a solution to the problem, that it was normal for flies to fly around the hall in autumn and (probably) in the kitchen, that I was rude and interrupting, I was aggressive and many other things dear to the heart of any visitor. He asked to replace the napkin and cutlery. The aunt and the waiter left the fly-speckled appliances and did not change anything. The reason is that we thought you wouldn't eat. The aunt had the audacity to say that – do you have a photo of the flies sitting on the food? No, that means they didn't sit. To her misfortune, flies were shat in the salad right in front of her. There were no proposals to resolve the conflict peacefully, I had to leave them a record and leave this hotbed of unsanitary conditions. I kept an audio recording of the conversation that will confirm everything written here. I post photos with flies. They look especially beautiful on the pretentious menu.

A beautiful, cozy place where you can not only eat delicious food, but also admire the interior, look at a book with reproductions of paintings by Velasquez or Goya (I don't remember exactly).
And yet, the staff is very pleasant and polite, excellent service, and the atmosphere is sincere.

We visited this wonderful place, and there are no complaints about the kitchen, unlike the waiter!
For some reason, he decided that we needed to spoil the mood and did it in every possible way. Ignored requests to bring cocktails. Then I decided to bring 1 liter of whiskey, instead of 0.5. And at the end I decided that I did not need to take into account the prepayment in the receipt (and it amounted to 200 b.r.) and dumped the bill in full.
To summarize, I will say that it is unlikely that we will go there again. If only the moon turns out to be in the Aquarius phase!

The waiters do not know the correct waiting time, the chefs cook pasta and mix it with bacon and egg for an hour, and then justify it with a full landing, and everything would be fine, but we ordered 3 dishes, 2 of them were brought within 30 minutes :) most likely, the cook simply forgot that he needed to cook pasta, which was reminded 5 times within 20 minutes by 2 waiters alternately,
As a result, when a refund was requested, because we were late, and the dish was never brought
IT'S FINALLY COOKED, thank the gods
Naturally, there is no time to eat anymore, so we just left
The sediment remained, we put a dislike to the place, happiness, health to the cook, long life and it is desirable to learn how to cook pasta for less than an hour✨

A pleasant place, we have been there many times. The waiters will always tell you the wine, they are friendly. But! On the last visit, spoiled cheese with mold was served (it was bitter). Replaced, of course. We didn't fight because we didn't want to spoil the mood. I think this is a serious mistake, but they didn't even offer an apologetic compliment.

Great place ! Excellent service! The kitchen is also on top. Everything was delicious! The cooler in hot weather turned out to be just a saving dish, moreover, it was also prepared with obvious diligence. Quite unexpectedly, I found ceviche on the menu. I decided to try it- and was not disappointed, it was really well cooked. I recommend it!

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent cuisine. All the dishes were especially delicious.
I took tomato bruschetta, a glass of wine and an amazing lemon risotto with the best flavor combinations. If you love the taste and aroma of lemon, I highly recommend trying it.

Excellent cuisine, but the most boorish place is Swan's. Just avoid the boorish behavior of the staff, especially Vadim. You can just carry an order for an hour, and the question why it takes so long to answer is that McDonald's makes it faster and throws a plate on the table.
The girls work great, there are no complaints, but Vadim is just rude. Which just might send visitors.
If you don't want to spoil the mood, then there are a lot of good places nearby where you won't get rude.
