I liked the staff very much, they were polite, the rooms were normal and clean, most importantly, everything is nearby in the city center.

That's minus 100 stars. We arrived by booking a room in advance. There is a big problem with accommodation with pets in Taraz, this hotel has confirmed this possibility. Arriving in the cold by 10 pm, we found ourselves in a completely smoky room with 2 stale beds with foam instead of mattresses and stale linen, the room did not see any repairs or basic cleaning. We were informed that if we had been without animals, we would have been able to be accommodated more adequately. I did not expect a 5-star hotel, and on the way we stayed in different places and roadside hotels and private houses, in places with stale repairs, with the understanding that people are afraid of damage to property from animals, but what I saw in this hotel surpassed all my nightmares. We did not stay at the hotel, the payment was returned to us, they were sympathetic to the fact that we left the hotel.
