I've never written negative reviews before, but this time I just can't keep quiet. We are talking about optics at 69 Abaya Street (Taraz). The attitude towards customers is terrible. Employees walk as if they have personal optics. Even if that's the case, why open a point of sale and work with people if you simply can't serve a customer? I paid 5,000 tenge for a doctor's consultation — as a result, they wrote out a prescription, according to which, as it turned out, the diopters were incorrectly selected. I went around several opticians, showed them this recipe, and they just laughed everywhere.: They said it was impossible at all. I bought glasses -0.5, as in the recipe, but my eyesight remained as bad. The money is spent, but there is no result. I'm very disappointed.
