I was on an ultrasound, it seemed that the attitude in the state polyclinic is even better than in this paid one. I was also upset by the long wait on the phone to make an appointment with a doctor, it is unclear why there is a feedback form on the site with a phone number and mail, the answer comes to the post office: "recording only by phone." In other clinics, you leave your number and the manager calls you back for an appointment, this is not the case.

I had to take a panoramic picture of the jaw, I went in and paid (by the way, it was inexpensive) and I was sent to office 13, lucky there was no queue. Having never done such procedures, I did not immediately understand what they wanted from me when they said that I needed to put on a protective apron and it was this person who gave me: "You, what are you doing, I told you something else." In general: the picture turned out to be good, there were no problems at the entrance, but I left a little residue in the office. But I still recommend this center

I express my great gratitude to Ruslan Vladimirovich Krasnyansky, a urologist.No one could diagnose and prescribe treatment.I did all the ultrasounds I could, consultations with a neurologist, cardiologist, therapist.I spent a lot of money on ointments, pills, injections-everything is useless.All doctors had the same diagnosis - chondrosis or gastrointestinal tract.With a terrible pain in my right side, I had the last hope of a urologist.The doctor examined me, diagnosed herpes zoster, prescribed injections and I ran to the pharmacy.After the first injection, I slept like a human the first night and forgot about the pain.May God bless the doctor and all the best.

I want to express my great gratitude to Matveychik Nina Nikolaevna. A neurologist (with a capital letter). I'll start from the beginning. We went to the center with my brother. We had a problem. He was constantly sleepy, his memory was disappearing, he even forgot what day it was. Nina Nikolaevna talked to him, asked questions, and was very attentive. After that, I made a diagnosis!!! She said to go to the hospital urgently!!! They did an MRI scan - it was confirmed!!! They took my brother to Minsk and performed a very difficult operation at the Institute of Neurosurgery!!! If it hadn't been for her, I don't know how it would have ended!! Thanks a lot to Nina Nikolaevna!!! Low bow to her!!! I want to appeal to the leadership of the Tari center - appreciate such specialists, there are very few of them!!! God grant her good health! Matveychik to Nina Nikolaevna!

It's just a nightmare! I wanted to take a picture of the tooth, I called beforehand by phone, they said come on a first-come, first-served basis. She came, an unpleasant girl told me in a boorish tone that they do not do without a passport, to my question why they did not say about the passport on the phone, she turned away and hissed something under her breath. Today my friend came to take the same picture of the tooth and she had it taken without a passport.If you don't need money, then why do you keep a clinic at all? Administrators behave disgustingly, they do not know how to talk normally.I do not recommend it to anyone.

I had an appointment with an endocrinologist at 09.30, we sat until 10 and contacted the administrator! They explained to us in a rough form that the doctor is probably busy and we need to wait! So I asked for a book of reviews! The receptionist was rude and said that she would cancel our order after that!!! This is the center!!! The service is worse than in public clinics!!! I thought that for the kind of money that they take to Sonodin, I certainly won't sit in line for an hour, but they just recruited employees from the street!!! They do not practice respectful treatment of customers at the Sonodin center!!!

The specialists are good, all necessary examinations are performed at the reception. The receptionists, when contacting them, are busy more with gossip than with customer service. It's not the first time I've come across this. It's pretty rude, they're the face of the clinic after all. There is no entertainment for children at all. There is a children's table and chairs. And toys, coloring books? What for? It's very interesting for a child to sit at an empty table... Another huge disadvantage is the working hours, half a day of work on Saturday, and Sunday is generally a day off! Private medical centers work everywhere 7 days a week, but here it's like in a polyclinic. And how could the medical center be located on 2!!! a floor and no elevator? It is simply difficult for people with disabilities and the elderly to climb to the 2nd floor. Completely ill-considered.
