We came in after the New Year holidays, the cafe was empty, there was almost no one, but this did not prevent the waiter from forgetting about the visitors. They caught him to place an order. They are also not trained to clean the table, and the clutter of empty dishes and napkins does not bother them. I had to put all the empty plates and pizza stands on an empty nearby table. After the bill, the waiter left and did not return, they came up and paid at the counter themselves. The service is just ugly. The food is not great, but it is quite edible.

We came to this branch for lunch, we came here more than once, it takes a very long time to wait for the waiter to place an order, and then our food, when it is ready and standing on the counter, takes a very long time. But the guys really excelled today. One of the dishes was already ready, it stood on the counter for about 5 minutes while our waiter was on the phone. Then I ate half a portion of my club sandwich, picked up another one and saw a hair on it. When I brought the plate to the checkout to show it (since the waiter was not there, of course), one of the waiters took the plate and carried it to ours, after which they started laughing among themselves while I stood and looked at them. It's just a tin can. They didn't apologize, just asked if it needed to be redone. Redo the kitchen where the hair gets into the dishes? Thank you.

On 04/13/2025, I ordered 3 Adjara khachapuri with pickup at the Garegin Nzhdeh branch. At home, I discovered that these were not Adjarian khachapuri with a runny egg and juicy cheese, but 3 tortillas with boiled eggs and dried cheese. The most disgusting Adjarian khachapuri I've ever eaten.

Today we went to this pizzeria and decided to order a couple of juices. To be honest, they turned out to be too sweet for our taste. As for the pizza, it was cooked very quickly, which is suspicious. It was probably already prepared in advance and just slightly warmed up before serving. As a result, the pizza cooled down after 2 minutes. The taste was far from perfect, just at the "so-so" level. I would rate the food 2 out of 10. The service was generally normal I would like to note that such features were noticed in this particular branch. There was no similar experience in other places of the network where I have been. Overall, the experience of visiting this branch was much to be desired. I probably wouldn't come back here again in the near future unless there was a special need.

He put the chairs back and rudely complained that their chairs could not be changed. But what about the client is always right, and why didn't he offer to clean the dirty chair? In general, we looked at him with bewilderment and lost our appetite. We left immediately. The rudeness of an ordinary waiter to a visitor is an incredible event from a business point of view, but it is a fact. It feels like there is a queue of customers on the street and they are sorting out who will be served, who is not.
