Rude service, like you owe their waiters something. We came here for the first time, took a table, we are waiting for the menu, they brought it, 2 minutes passed, they come up and immediately what will you order, we say that this is the first time here and we did not have time to familiarize ourselves with what they tell us, if you delay, we will cook for a long time. Next, we said that with the menu, etc. for the first time we asked what they would advise us, we received an answer, decided to trust, there are no questions about this. Then the waiter comes up and puts a check in front of us, like, so that they don't wait, but maybe we wanted to order something else? By the way, the menu was taken away from us and they didn't even leave 1 on the table. Next, we paid the check, the waiter comes up and "throws" the seasoning rack right in front of me and starts wiping the table. Although it could have been moved more carefully. The whole impression is ruined, although the place was taken over, but with this attitude, I will no longer set foot here and I will also recommend my friends to avoid this place.

As a result, we decided to pay off and leave as soon as possible. A disgusting place on the main street of the capital is not acceptable.

They put us at the table, we noticed another empty one, so the waitress rudely shouted something after us. We waited for the waiter to place an order for 20 minutes. I called out to the waitress, so she barked something like we have a lot of people and I don't have time, wait, muttering in Armenian to myself in our direction. I asked her to replace the waiter, so she came running and started taking the order. She commented very rudely, when I thought for a minute, she shouted at me: come on, hurry up! I was shocked, closed the menu and said we were leaving. So she began to scream at the whole hall, other waiters joined her, one half-man waiter began to insult me in Armenian. So far, several adequate colleagues have tried to calm them down. I just read a review about this place and everything came together. Thank you for not having time to poison and beat up) the impression of Armenia was spoiled only by this institution, in other places people were responsive and kind! Moreover, such an institution in the center of Yerevan is simply a disgrace!

The chairs and sofas are all dirty, burned through from cigarettes and in holes. We sat down, made an order. After that, they decided to move to another table and warned the waiter about it. The waiter said that you can't do that, they say the order has already been made and another table is served by another waiter. As a result of the 2-minute dialogue, we sat down at another table. The order was delivered quickly, it's good that I didn't have to order it again. There are no questions about the kitchen, everything was delicious. The toilets are dirty, as if no one serves them during the day, paper is lying everywhere on the floor, the stench is like in a public toilet. I asked for an invoice, I made the payment and I'm waiting for the calculation, they carried the change for 20 minutes and then because they asked them several times about it, in the end they brought the change with a crumpled check, which they apparently just threw out, maybe they hoped to just keep the change for themselves. I was in other branches and everything was always fine. The service in this branch is simply disgusting! Disgusting work of waiters! If there was an opportunity, I would give you -5

I went into the hall. No one met to figure out where to sit. I sat down on my own. None of the waiters came to the table to give the menu. I sat like that for 5 minutes or more, until she asked me to come to me. I ordered soup, grilled vegetables, bread and juice.the juice was brought in 10 minutes, after 10 minutes only soup, without bread, and vegetables in 45 minutes, again without bread.
There is no service, the waiters are rude, I do not know the correct serving. Someone was walking in the hall, like a manager, a repeated guy, looked at the guests with mockery and laughed, the dishes were served for a long time, none of the waiters took them away.
I myself work in the service department, and I have not seen such a mess anywhere, I advise managers to dismiss the entire staff and recruit new staff.

It is impossible to be in Armenia and not go to Tashir pizza. Especially in the center - on the Northern Avenue. I don't know why they scold me for poor service - apparently I was unlucky. I was served very quickly. And the pizza here is much tastier than in Tashir in Russia. Very, very tasty pizza, I came in 4 times and took different ones - they were all delicious.

Что сказать, персонал, вся проблема в персонале. 1.Долго ждёшь пока в принципе хоть кто-то подойдёт; 2.Заказывала 2 блюда, отчего официант мне сказала: "А зачем вам 2 блюда? Вам и одного хватит." Вопрос, это разве входит в обязанности официанта, узнавать в каких количествах я заказываю блюда и почему? 3.Принципиально официант не подходил, банально, три раза просили подать счёт, спустя минут 20 принесли. 4.Со мной был знакомый, заказал себе тоже напиток, официант не поинтересовалась, отдельный ли счёт, просто и тупо все позиции в один чек впечатала. Как итог, пришлось требовать оплатить отдельно, так как у них внутренние и незаконные правила, которые они сами же и придумали. При требовании позвать администратора, мне отказали, объяснив тем, что администратора нету. Не рекомендую, правда.

Отвратительный персонал, хамят, кричат, не подходят к столу, общаются так будто ты им что-то должен, со сдачей пытались обмануть!
Проходите мимо этого недоразумения. Пицца конечно вкусная, но ждать 40 минут ее не стоит, тем более с таким ужасным персоналом!

Раз на раз не приходится, были там 3 раза, и хорошо было только 1 раз, кости в роллах, сухая пицца и бургер об который можно сломать зубы, вот что нужно знать об этом заведении, единственный плюс это очень дешевая цена на пиццу и она иногда бывает там даже очень не плохая за эти деньги, но тут как повезет.

Ужасные официанты, ведут себя максимально грубо и неадекватно, попросили принести стул, потому что тот, который взяли мы, они взяли и поставили на место, и на нашу просьбу мы получили ответ «Я не ваша слуга, что бы вам прислуживать». А когда попросили менеджера начали в открытую врать, сначала сказали что позвали, потом что идет, а потом и вовсе что ее нет, ужасно, никому не советую, ходят все с недовольными лицами

Обслуживание страдает, попросили блюдо, а нам его просто не записали, и мы просто ждали ничего, часть блюд приносят холодными, половины блюд из меню просто нет, так еще и не говорят на Русском.. 1 звезда

Постоянно куча местного народу. Видимо потому что дёшево. Официанты не подходят, ждать 15 мин. Со столов не убирают совсем! Сидели 1 час за час не убрали ни одного стола. Половину меню не готовят вообще! То есть из напитков 1-2 из 10 позиций, из десертов 3 позиции из 15 ! Я не шучу и даже не преувеличиваю. Десерт отвратительный. Пицца неплохая. Единственный плюс - это молочный коктейль , он правда вкусный) Вечная очередь в туалет, ждать готовности блюда 30-40 мин

Официанты долго подходят.
После того как приняли заказ принесли тарелки с вилками, но сам заказ тоже принесли с тарелками... Вообще не понятна логика... В итоге сидели за столом заверенным тарелками и обслуживающему персоналу это вообще не кажется странным.
Еду ждать очень долго, а когда приносят, то она холодная.

Спросил какая пицца НЕ острая, так как не переношу остроую пищу. Официант как-будто поиздевалась и предложила одну из самых острых пицц. Я чуть не помер когда кусок откусил. В итоге несколько слайсов просто на выброс.
Сначала хотел заказать роллы вместо пиццы, но официант сказала, что ждать 25-30 минут, поэтому вариант побыстрее - пицца. В итоге пиццу готовили не меньше 30 минут. Несут счёт и сдачу крайне долго(по 5 минут не меньше).
Не реклмендую данное место к посещению
P.S. Все таки принесли сдачу, уж дождался. Но сдачу какого-то перепуга округлили не в мою пользу, 40 драм зажали себе(копейки, но я искренне хотел оставить как меньше денег тут)
