Mediocre food.
The food is very average. The pizza is ordinary, they don't change anything in the recipe at all. It tastes like a cheap pizza from the cafeteria. The rest of the dishes are also not very good - the salads are bland, instead of the normal dressing for caesar, they fill it with mayonnaise, in Greek there is only one herb, a couple of pieces of cheap feta and an incomprehensible dressing. I would like to teach the cook what risotto is, how to cook pasta, and that SALT exists - it's a must, because all food is bland.
Disgusting staff. It is unclear how the workers in this network are rubbed, but the whole Tashir is a story about the terrible work of the staff. Treating guests like that is a regular feature of this network. After you call the waiter, he may not come up for a while, minding his own business (after all, standing and having a nice conversation with colleagues is the most important thing at work), they themselves do not fit, they do not record orders and, naturally, forget. There is no courtesy or hospitality. Maybe the tea already included in the bill demotivates them, it's unclear.
For the same money (MB is 1-2 k drams more expensive), you can really have a delicious and satisfying meal in a normal conveyor pizzeria (for example, the one with the orange bird).

A normal establishment. That's exactly NORMAL. No more, no less. Everything is clean: the hall, the restrooms - there is always soap, antiseptics, everything you need.
The service for Gyumri is also normal, nothing supernatural should be expected.
Pastas and risottos are not their thing.
Please show the cook where the salt is stored, because salt is missing almost everywhere. It's not in the dishes at all. You have to not add up, but sit and salt everything yourself.
Yes, there is wifi, fast and free.

A very pleasant place, I recommend it. Naturally, there is a large selection of pizza)) There are several soups, mainly mashed potatoes, salads, khachapuri, sausages, etc. Prices are average for Gyumri.
The food is delicious, I especially liked the mushroom soup (there are really a lot of mushrooms) mixed with some kind of mini pizza.
The service is wonderful: the plates are brought / changed just instantly. There are a lot of waiters, they are very friendly, it's nice.

I've been here 2 times, managed to try 4 pizzas.
Of the advantages, I can mention the fast service compared to other establishments in the city that I have been to. The prices are also very pleasant and there is a fairly large selection of dishes.
Of the disadvantages, I would single out a rather monotonous approach to cooking pizzas, they are abundantly poured with mayonnaise, although maybe I was so lucky with 4 positions that I tried.

We went together about five times. We hoped that the problems here are not permanent. We won't go any more.
Disgusting service! The waiters are gloomy and sour-faced, they forget the appliances and tubes, give two disheveled menus with a shortage of pages for four people, indignantly tsk and mumble. Once they forgot to bring two dishes.
The food is so-so. A few examples: an excessive amount of vinegar was added to the salad (to the point of inedibility), bolognese is very sour, Caesar pizza is salted and dry, khachapuri is cool and with a small amount of cheese. One day they brought a really delicious strawberry fresh. The next day they brought it the same, but diluted three times.
The prices are average, but taking into account all of the above, I strongly advise you not to go here.

Great place: delicious pizza, nice prices, good service. I constantly go to Tashir in Yerevan, I came to Gyumri for the first time and I can say that the quality here is as excellent as in the capital! Definitely 6/5 💜

The food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. The manager runs around the room and scolds the waiters in front of everyone. The place is very popular, there are a lot of visitors, the waiters are tired (we need to increase the number of waiters, otherwise the poor run back and forth). Smoking is allowed in the hall (it is not prohibited so as not to lose customers). However, in decent establishments they make either a separate smoking room or special hoods.
