The talented hand of the master Shirin Muradov owns decorative elements decorating the building: traditional ganch carving gives the tower an oriental flavor. All his life, Alexander Eisenstein was the curator of the chimes, repairing and maintaining the mechanism in working order. Including after the earthquake of 1966, when the structure was seriously damaged. In memory of him, a plaque dedicated to the contribution of the master to the history of the Tashkent chimes is installed on the upper platform of the tower
