I used to be a regular customer, but lately the service in this optics leaves much to be desired. I went to the optician's yesterday to get computer glasses. I showed the photo as an example of the shape of the glasses I need. The consultant looked at me and said, "You know they're expensive, they're an Italian brand." She showed me two pairs of nondescript glasses, then I asked if there were any other options. She added that they don't have plastic glasses. I didn't say a word about the plastic glasses, though. As a result, she left without computer glasses Because of this service, there is no desire to enter this optics in principle. There are opticians nearby that offer different options, show options for different frames, and provide quick and high-quality service. Negative mood!
