But I was given crooked, inaccurate and scratched glasses in the corners, which had to wait a week! I threw away these glasses and ordered others for myself in a different optics. And this morning, 05/19/2023, I accidentally damaged my good glasses, which I ordered from another optics. Then I accidentally gave my glasses to this optics, forgetting the very case associated with this place. In the evening, I remembered what happened 2 years ago, and realized that I had made a mistake. I was right. When I came to this optics, I was shocked by what I saw. Not only has nothing changed in optics in 2 years, they have also managed to get worse! They've ruined everything! They did the opposite, without doing what I asked. They ruined both the frame and the glass. Both glasses were taken out, cut off and put in another, the cheapest frame that I have seen in my life. In general, twenty-five again. 1) The prices are cosmic, and the quality is the worst! I don't write reviews much, but these optics are the most dishonest in the world. I have to warn someone at least. 2) They do not issue a check, (you need to insist that you get a check), you cannot pay with a card (they say that the device does not work), you cannot pay through the application. 3) They have their own work schedule. Even if there is a seller, you should always wait for the master to do something. As I said at my first meeting, I waited for my glasses for about a week 4) Poor service: a) only two employees, the cashier and the foreman, if someone gets sick, the optician will be delayed for a week. b) While waiting, when the client is in the optics, there is nowhere to sit. There is no chair or even a chair. c) There is no dust, but the mirror is dirty. 5) Poor lighting. You can't put on your glasses and check them, you need to go outside to see at least something
