Everything was nice except for the dirty windows that made it a little uncomfortable to get a nice view of the city. The entry fee is quite cheap.

Mist visit . 6th floor js the view deck and 8th floor got a restaurant. It's must visit. One of the oldest and man made TV tower and that's from the old Soviet days.

The observation deck is comfortable, there is a place to sit, buy drinks and snacks. The restaurant is on the floor above (+10 m) by elevator. The prices are affordable, at the cafe level. You can eat and drink inexpensively. The restaurant rotates around an axis, so when you take a table, you will spin. You can just take tea or drinks at the restaurant. We went up 2 times. The first one is at sunset. It is better to get up half an hour or an hour before sunset. Lights are gradually coming on in the city. It is especially good to look at the towers near Tashkent City Park (photo 2).

Башня очень красивая, есть много макетов телебашен с разных стран (интересно посмотреть), виды на город лучше всего оценить в светлое время суток.
Ресторан:
+ крутится на 360 градусов, хороший обзор, корректно работает рецепшн, есть детские стульчики
- качество еды крайне низкое, блюда подают холодными, менеджер открытым текстом говорит "а что Вы хотите, заведение государственное", явно пытаются обмануть при расчете. туалет один (постоянно занят и очень грязный)
Вывод: башню посетить точно стоит, если хотите посетить ресторан, то бронируйте заранее и рассчитывайте на кофе/десерт, остальное лучше съесть внизу.

Excellent panoramic view of the city. Convenient transportation- there is a bus stop nearby, but parking is bad. The buses run great. One of the disadvantages is a crowd of people on holidays, an old, Soviet place with 2 elevators to go up to the 6th floor - a panoramic view. You have to wait in line at the elevator. It's great for one time. I'm not going back.
