I don't understand how there can be 4.7 stars here. There is zero customer orientation. They don't send text messages about the payment, they say that I have to call the insurance company myself and ask, "did you make the payment?". This is a service in 2025. The accrued amount is not mentioned by phone. That is, I can only find out the accrued amount upon arrival at the bank. Very poor service.
