A complete lack of tact and professionalism in a person, an assessment is taken from his head when you tell him that the bumper is deformed in a car after an accident, a huge dent in the wing, a cracked lantern and point at it with your finger - the person replies that you should hit it twice with a hammer, polish it and you can drive on. The estimate here is 100 rubles maximum, despite the fact that after the same inspection by another independent expert, the amount came out to 450 euros. That's how to believe such a person, whom I would not trust to evaluate a horse-drawn carriage.
