I applied as a victim of a traffic accident - there were people on Saturday, but the electronic queue regulates everything (for insurance payments, you need to contact the 2nd floor - the stairs are on the left side of the main facade). The entire documentary process took literally up to 20 minutes - during the registration process, the specialist called the appraiser, who immediately informed him when he could arrive for the initial inspection (the car was not on the move - the appraiser arrived at the area in a couple of hours). There is nothing to add to the rest yet, especially regarding the amount of payments, etc., because the process is only at the initial stage (there are hidden damages). The appraiser has adequately examined and recorded everything. At the moment, I have not met any negative feedback. In the future, the review will be updated (as additional information and events become available). In terms of parking, I parked along the road (there were places and it was not prohibited by traffic regulations).

Disappointed, this is the first insured event in several years of real estate insurance and 4 months of not paying for the insured event. They don't inform you, just silence until you call them yourself, the reason the housing and communal services does not provide documents, they say go yourself and knock it out, horror, why such insurance is not clear. I do not recommend this company for travel insurance and long-term stay abroad. When contacting a doctor, the problem was not solved. With my health deteriorating, I was MIRACULOUSLY able to get another consultation. However, the company felt that it was unnecessary to find out the cause of the disease and declined the appointment for tests. In fact, no help was provided to me. And I honestly don't understand why I paid the money by choosing an insurance option that covers all cases. Probably for blindly prescribed ineffective treatment without the slightest control. It is also unclear to me what protocols are used for assistance. And that is a half-confirmation that it has been provided if the patient's condition has not improved.

I have been a regular customer of this organization for more than 15 years, but after the insured event occurred, my emotions did not have a chapel! I waited for payment for almost 3 months , although they promised a maximum of up to 2 . Then you forgot, then some other problems, and every time you wait for the same thing next week! The same answer is again given to the next appeal. I strongly do not recommend this organization for cooperation! And here 's the wait again . In total, for painting the bumper in a 2019 car and additional damages and hidden defects , the charge is 604 rubles .

I used this insurance for almost 12 years, until I came across it for treatment! now definitely a change of insurance! The accident was not my fault, the Euro protocol was drawn up!Bottom line, everything is polite, but....it's hard to pay.. Painting the front bumper ,repairing the bumper (cracked) , replacing the license plate,removing and installing the radiator grille 120p!!!! It's like where for 85 (those 35p replacement plates)will I paint, repair the bumper and put the grille back in place?

Doctors of the highest category are not confirmed, although this is not spelled out in the contract, but they say our head decided so. Massage includes two zones under the contract, but they have "their" zones in the task and they are ready to confirm only one zone for 10 minutes of massage. We decided to use insurance and call a doctor at home. In response, they only heard from the insurance company "Your address is not served by the clinic with which we cooperate." (our address was a 5-minute drive from the very center of the city). The insurance company offered to make an appointment with a doctor, which we had to agree to. An hour later, we were written to Viber that the nearest appointment in their clinic is available only in a week! As a result, they found a doctor's appointment themselves the next morning. I hope, at least with compensation, there will be no such adventures.

By signing a contract, you hope that in case of emergency, the insurance company will take over the settlement of disputes in the clinic. But not this one. Avoid this company! Look for a company with good insurance coverage.

And when, after three calls, she finally found someone who would explain the reasons, the conversation, alas, was struck by the formality: "according to the rules of the company," and, saddest of all, by the lack of competence, expertise, and desire to figure it out. The phrase "I do not suffer from oncological diseases" turns out to imply that if it was in the anamnesis even 10 years ago and you are healthy about it, you are already "branded" in life anyway and you will not be insured. What century is it? Alas, the insurance company has no desire to figure it out. And how could I classify myself as "suffering" if this is not the case? It turns out that I did not mislead the company, but the insurance company misled me with its wording. For several years of insurance in different companies, never, never, did the mention of my operation in the anamnesis raise any questions, but here "your policy is closed" and I find out this by accident. And the "expert" does not want to understand at all, only fake sympathy, a reference to the "rules of the company", which only convinced me of the lack of expertise. The "rules of the company" are above all here, as if they, the "rules", run the company, make decisions, and not people with common sense. I would like to wish to show an individual approach to clients, this is now a trend. And also to raise awareness of issues of modern medicine. PS. and I have not received any official notification of the closure of the policy. "You should have been notified" - that's how the TASK works.

A very unpleasant case with the TUSK, there was an accident with regression. I have a hard hat contract - an optimal hard hat, with repair at the dealer. I have a Mercedes car, fresh 2019. But they send me to a HUNDRED Hyundai, Peugeot, Audi, just not to Mercedes. Although there are 2 services in Minsk, these are Energiya and Hoffman. This is the same as sending the Samsung owner to the Apple service and vice versa! I will complain to the Ministry of Finance and the Presidential Administration! I recommend bypassing this insurance company! I have never met a worse service and attitude!

The car is a Chrysler Voyager minivan.friends used to say that their score was out of thin air.but I thought that at least it would be enough to repair the bumper.but that was not the case.what they counted is not enough even for a bottle of paint . if they know where you can repair the bumper for one basic one, let them tell you.I had to change my insurance policy.and I do not advise anyone who wants to work in this company
