All this driving dragged on by the nose until I had to contact the insurance directorate in Minsk. Having stated the problem, an employee of the directorate asked me to come to the representative office in Brest again and still write an application for the issuance of a duplicate insurance policy and a refund, based on the meeting with me once again at the Brest representative office, the employees were warned by colleagues from Minsk. Hence the question arises - Was it possible?! Why is it impossible to provide the proper level of services on your own?
