Level 7 Local Expert

You pay 9.5 Euros (at the time of writing it was about 650 in rubles) and you sit as long as you want or as little as you can. The buffet is unlimited. It's bright and cozy. Everything is fresh and good. I especially liked the salmon on the baking sheet. Vegetables are also good. The Turks are holding the cafe, in my opinion. They communicate in Russian tolerably well.
