The studio works unprofessionally, with no respect for customers. They have not updated the price list, there is no payment by card. It feels like the price is being made up out of my head. Recently, I referred to them to sew a curtain tape to the curtain. They said that a meter costs 5 rubles, but in the end they took 10 rubles per meter, as they explained this by saying that a meter of stitching costs 5 rubles, and 2 lines are needed for a curtain tape. It's very unpleasant, the employee and the manager tried to prove their case, although they don't even have a price list! I believe that a meter of stitching for 5 rubles is very expensive and does not correspond to the level of this atelier. I will never come here again and I will not advise anyone. There are many other ateliers in the area with adequate staff.
