According to the architecture, we can add that it would be possible to diversify the houses, taking into account the wind rose, insolation. The height of the houses can be varied from 7 to 14 and make an interesting composition and, most importantly, a new favorable environment. But the complex is already standing, and this comment is for future projects, suddenly 7/10 is not ideal, but it is better than most complexes, and it is very comfortable in it.
