To submit a form, you need to take it, go to the next building(!) and photocopy it. Well, there is a militia at the entrance according to the classical scheme - why, it is not clear. In general, the service has become better than it was, but there is still no question of customer orientation. It's almost impossible to get through, the phones don't work - they just pick up the phones or turn them off.
