As with any taxi service, there are pros and cons. I will write briefly about working in taxi 135 from the driver's side. Of the positive aspects, of course, are the tariffs themselves and the service commission, but unfortunately it all ends there. The Driver 135 application is malfunctioning, and you often have to exit the application and log in again. And the application interface doesn't work either. The passenger contingent is essentially a pleasant 50+, but the majority are elderly and disabled people, who often need help with transportation. There are also a lot of passengers with children, I am calm about this, but many drivers do not like it. The driver's rating, as it turned out, does not play any role in receiving orders, and car branding also has no priority. If there are few orders, and there are really few in the 135 service, then you can either stand or move around the city for about an hour without orders. The support service takes a long time to respond and doesn't do much good. As they say, everyone has their own way, but the 135 service still has something to strive for!!!

I give three stars to the taxi service, because I've never been let down before, and I wanted to give one for the driver's irresponsibility. (If the app had the opportunity to rate a driver who cancelled an order unreasonably, I would not spoil the company's rating with such a review). Today, 08/21/25, I called the car through the app, and Denis, the driver, was supposed to arrive in 7 minutes. After seeing his phone number in the app, I decided to call and find out exactly where I was standing. In response, I heard from him, "It doesn't matter, I'll be right there." Exactly 2 minutes after the conversation, it was visible in the application that the car drove along Pobediteley Avenue without turning to Pobediteley 20, where I was. And immediately the driver canceled the order, allegedly due to a technical malfunction (in fact, this is not visible in the application, I later learned this from the dispatcher). After I saw that the app was asking me to call the car again, I called the driver Denis, but he did not answer. It's weird, isn't it? Knowing the customer's phone number and not answering the call when the car broke down. Most likely, a trip of 18 with pennies of rubles did not suit him much. I called the dispatcher at 135, and she said, "You should have seen in the app that the driver canceled the order due to a technical malfunction." First, when a person calls a taxi through the app, they don't constantly look at the app, waiting for the order to be canceled. And secondly, in this case, the driver has the customer's phone number to call, apologize, and say that he will not be able to arrive. It is a pity that such irresponsible drivers spoil the image of a company that has been earning it for years (

I liked the service. I had to call the car 6 times in 2 days. Once I had to wait for a car for 20 minutes, but the operator was polite, everything was fine with us When the car was not there right away - the operator offered to call back and called back himself exactly at the scheduled time. The price, of course, goes for the same distance, but it's still cheaper than the other service. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the names of the drivers, but I would still like to thank them for their excellent service and kindness.
