Once I had to wait for a car for 20 minutes, but the operator was polite, everything was fine with us When the car was not there right away - the operator offered to call back and called back himself exactly at the scheduled time. The price, of course, goes for the same distance, but it's still cheaper than the other service. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the names of the drivers, but I would still like to thank them for their excellent service and kindness.

Two elderly people (80+) were driving The driver arrived late and started saying that he was waiting near another entrance and they had to pay extra!? The call address was correct, I checked! My father wanted to sit in the front seat because his legs were very sore, the driver forbade it!? Did the driver forbid him to put a bag with personal belongings in the cabin, were they going to the HOSPITAL!?
