Using tinkoff from last 2 years and now my cards got blocked without any reason or explanations its been more then 25 days not a single update till date contacting tinkoff through chats and calls no respond no satisfactorily answers just one thing wait wait how can a person wait when he knows his lakhs of money is stuck i have no way to take my money out not a single way

Увы. Тоже не могу похвалить работу. Заказала дебетовую карту. Курьер должен был прибыть 14.10.2025 с 10,00 - 12,00. За пять минут до окончания срока оговорённого визита, раздался звонок, что прибудет в течение часа. Вопрос: что мешало позвонить заблаговременно, чтобы не нарушать договорённости? Если в начале сотрудничества уже такая необязательность, как банк далее намерен выполнять обязательства? Репутация. Первое впечатление второй раз не произведёшь. Разочарована. Потенциальным клиентам на заметку.
