Using tinkoff from last 2 years and now my cards got blocked without any reason or explanations its been more then 25 days not a single update till date contacting tinkoff through chats and calls no respond no satisfactorily answers just one thing wait wait how can a person wait when he knows his lakhs of money is stuck i have no way to take my money out not a single way

Невозможно решить вопрос разблокирования личного кабинета в приложении и перевыпуске карты За 1,5 ч меня переводили от одного оператора к другому,а вопрос так и не был решен. Потом ,видимо,подключился робот,после 20 ч. Офиса нет,как попасть в ЛК и воспользоваться своими же деньгами- вопрос открытый Очень расстроена таким бесконечным квестом.
