The bank does not allow you to withdraw currency from a Visa card over the phone. They only accept applications, which no one responds to later, although they promise to give an answer within 24 hours. They promised that the management would contact them, but no one called. The amount in the account is not small, and absolutely all attempts to withdraw money from the card are rejected.
