They only accept applications, which no one responds to later, although they promise to give an answer within 24 hours. They promised that the management would contact them, but no one called. In fact, the issue was not resolved, they called several times, no one picked up the phone, an incomprehensible work schedule, incomprehensible employees, and an incomprehensible bank. I do not recommend this bank to you, because you will get the following problems: - you will be blocked from the card with money and wait days for the lock to be lifted, and they can block you for operations a month ago (there was a ride on a scooter); - your virtual card will be blocked for no reason; - when withdrawing the reward from the deposit from the wallet to the card, this money may disappear from you and then you will try for weeks to get your own money back and they will tell you every time that they will solve the problem tomorrow / the day after tomorrow / 2 days / 3 days / 5 days, and in the end the deadline will be 30 days. I never recommend using TBC Bank services.my case stunned me.I received a microloan loan in the amount of 5,000,000 .I paid the interest due on a certain date . It is not clear why they withdraw all receipts to my cards .they just reset it completely .I'm calling the bank.I haven't been able to figure out what 's going on for two days.on the third day, they call me from the bank and inform me that I did not receive my salary on the card and thus ruined my credit history.very illiterate people.what does it matter to them if I got my income from the checkbook and paid interest or to the card.payroll has been calculated based on the database .taxes have been paid.what is the problem?In general, they ended up withdrawing the next payment to the card in two weeks in full.closing the loan that I took .do not contact this bank ever.

I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Their only advantage is fast loans, that's all. But there are a lot of disadvantages. The highest interest rate. Do not believe that their rate starts at 28%. When a loan is issued, the interest is always 49%. They are being withdrawn from your other cards without your knowledge, even if you did not link this card to the application. They do not withdraw the monthly payment themselves during the time, then they charge you a huge amount for the debt with penalties. The operators (not all, but most of them) are incompetent, rude. They don't know how to communicate with people. When I began to figure out for what reason money was withdrawn from a credit card, and from my other card without my knowledge and to my dissatisfaction, the operator replied that no one forced me to take out a loan and that if I did not like their bank, I did not use their services. And there were also cases of my sister's debt. A bank employee called. He didn't even introduce himself, who he was, and for what purpose he was calling. I started asking if I was my sister's sister. And he said that she had an overdue loan. When I asked what date and what her debt was, they told me that they had no right to say. That is, to give information to a third party. When she asked why you were calling me, they told me if I took over her debt, they would tell me. If I don't promise to pay the debt, they won't tell me what her debt is. In the call center every day, the circus either leaves applications, then swears to resolve the issue in 24-48-72 hours or "after lunch". Moreover, this problem is only on my account, other people (citizens and residents of Uzbekistan) are fine with card activation and the application. This whole comedy has been going on for almost a month, exactly a month ago TBC embezzled my money. No one is going to help in this bank, customer orientation is below zero. Avoid this bank and do not become its client. You will only lose money and nerves from communicating with boorish and incompetent employees.
