The 10-minute case was stretched over 3 days. It became scary to deal with such a bank, there was a deposit in the same bank, I closed it immediately after this incident. In general, the bank seems to be rich, but the application is buggy all the time and you can't return your own money, you beg and get through and go to them. I do not advise this bank, take a closer look at ordinary banks who have a branch and an office, there is not even anyone to go to complain and solve the issue if suddenly the application crashes and your money disappears.
