The most terrible hotel with unresponsive staff. The girl at the reception with glasses is the most uncomfortable and impolite person. She doesn't know how to say hello, seeing that I'm dragging a stroller, she never helped with the doors. The rooms are shabby, the walls are dirty, and there are huge cracks in the windows (they taped the windows to me). The air conditioner is very loud, there is an unpleasant smell in the room, the furniture has already outlived itself, the wallpaper is peeling off. Water is given only on the first day. And is this positioning itself as a hotel? The maximum is a hostel. However, there are positive aspects to this gloom: a wonderful guy at the reception who speaks excellent Russian and is very responsive; room cleaning is good, the girls are pleasant and funny. There are decent hotels nearby for excellent prices. I do not recommend it! I am extremely sorry that I paid in advance and the money was not refunded.

One star only for the location of the "hotel". The quality of service and the condition of the rooms leave much to be desired. The condition of the rooms is at the level of a suburban motel: shabby walls, old sagging mattresses with holes, low sound insulation at which you will listen to the sounds of water from neighboring rooms. Upon arrival, free bottles of water will be charged on the following days (GEL 2 per unit) when there is a Carrefour in the neighboring building with a cost of GEL 1 per unit. Upon check-in, the reception staff gave out the keys to another room in which someone already lived.
