I accidentally found Tcell cafe and was amazed by the cozy and stylish atmosphere inside. Delicious and varied desserts, fresh and fragrant coffee, friendly staff. The main menu is also large, you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. A separate breakfast menu, which is valid all day.
