Great hotel, we will definitely come back here! Excellent location, the main attractions are literally 10 minutes on foot, there is a supermarket nearby. We stayed here in early February, the room had a comfortable temperature thanks to the batteries, the intensity of which can be adjusted if necessary + there is air conditioning. The room is very clean, cleaning is carried out every day. The extractor hood works great in the bathroom, good water pressure in the shower. For a comfortable stay, the room has everything you need: hygiene products, towels, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, etc. Although breakfast is far from a buffet, it is still quite satisfying: the day before breakfast, they offer to fill out a sheet where you can choose toast with cheese or ham, coffee or tea, scrambled eggs or scramble, etc. We came out well-fed and satisfied with breakfast, although everything is quite simple, but very tasty. The pearl of this hotel is the staff. The hostesses are very nice and friendly girls (perhaps even the most friendly in Tbilisi), they are always ready to help and prompt. They helped us book a table in a restaurant when we had problems with communication, helped us find the nearest working pharmacy at night, and also allowed us to leave our things on the day of departure after check-out, since the train was only at night. No understanding from the hotel managers. If all the pictures on the booking site are on the same room and you do not get what you expected when booking, then you can solve this. OK, even if it's not their joint, but the partner's, I wanted to pay the difference that they have on the site between the normers, but I was asked to pay twice as much. In general, there is zero service, zero maintenance. I do not recommend it!
