I immediately called the hotline. Where I additionally checked the series and passport number TO CONFIRM THAT THIS IS NOT MY SIM CARD. It's just unbelievable. I've been using it for almost three years. I can't sleep at night now. I'll update the review. But it's very scary and bad. UPD: I went to the airport at night. I found a police officer there and took him with me. Everything is "OK". I have only one SIM card, and it has been blocked for a long time due to inactivity. I can transfer my "own" SIM card to my passport. They just mixed up the customer's passports when issuing the SIM card.

I bought a SIM card for my passport with unlimited Internet on 30.07.2022 for 5000 AMD. 08/04/2022 the Internet stopped working. When contacting technical support, they were asked to tell the first and last name of the person to whom the number was issued. My first and last name didn't fit. Without this, they refused to even begin to solve the problem. The result: I was left without Internet, without the ability to call a taxi, etc. I do not recommend buying a SIM card here or require a contract where your correct data will be indicated. They didn't give me a contract when I signed it, just a SIM card.

I bought a 10 GB Internet package on January 2. I spent 500 MB. The Internet was turned off. I went into the salon, they said that I had run out of all traffic. We have created a request for technical support, but no one responds to it. There are also cheaper fares, but the airport is tricky and shows only the two most expensive ones.
