We were there to buy a local SIM card. We took a service ticket. We were the only ones sitting on the couch and waiting for our turn. There were 6 operators, and new visitors were being called to each of them all the time, but our number did not appear on the scoreboard. After 40 minutes, I ran out of patience, dosvidos! For reference: it takes less than 10 minutes to purchase a local SIM card at the airport.
