This is not an office building. In winter, you freeze from the cold in winter shoes. It's hot in summer. People were taken away with fainting spells. Centralized ventilation is not working or is disabled. There are no air conditioning control panels on the floors. The type of fire system raises questions about how this building was allowed to operate at all. There are no anti-panic handles on fire exits, instead maggots are taken out. Those are just knocking down the door. And in general, the level of the abandoned plant premises is at best.

Parking is always crowded. The entrance to the business center is by passes. Ventilation is turned off in winter. So far, one and a half floors are occupied (not counting the 3rd, which has a traffic police with a separate entrance), two elevators are enough. But if all the floors are occupied, there will not be enough elevators or parking, which in my opinion is important for the business center.
