I came to Master Tatiana for highlighting. The job was done wonderfully, but the job of the salon administrator is disgusting. Not only did they not hear that the work would be long (thick hair). I was warned about the thickness of my hair personally at the salon and by phone. So all subsequent clients were deceived, saying that the client (I) did not warn about the structure of the hair and about the time delay. At the end of the highlighting, the administrator named one amount, although they said another when recording. And after I left, they asked me to come back and pay extra. There is a huge question for the administrator and the formation of prices for the provision of services.

In the photo, this place is half as bright as in person, it is a rented apartment on the 1st floor with beige wallpaper and an interior from the early 2000s. Everything is dull, though clean, the entrance to the salon is ugly due to the broken asphalt, the corridor is unclear, I first got to their neighbors in the next door, there is no screen like everywhere else for guests, even with clips or something, where to take off and hang the jacket was not offered, you sit on an uncomfortable chair staring at the beige wall in the hallway, employees walk by, you have to squeeze your legs, be prepared that right next to the chair where the coloring takes place is the reception, without partitions, the administrator is working above your head and calls in your ear and all the conversations, privacy and comfort - there is none here. I do not recommend Tatiana, a plump coloring master, everything that can be offered to you, highlighting and cascade, hello 2000 again, just as when showing the master what he wanted, the person suddenly began to laugh loudly and hysterically, just laughed sharply, it was inadequate by any parameters and was as unexpected as possible, such bullying of the client and Ridiculing is unprofessional, of course I won't come back here, unacceptable behavior. I also can't help but note that the master herself is not well-groomed - she was wearing a very stretched gray T-shirt with untidily grown roots in the tail on a stale head, which was very confusing, this is the face of the salon, when I was told that your master was taken aback, I thought the girl was not an employee, so she walked by or herself He wants to paint. Then it's ridicule in the face. It's a mess. I've never encountered anything like this, usually the masters look professional and you naturally feel in safe hands. It's strange to work in a salon and come to work like this. There are also questions about the client's attitude, I even asked what was funny, but the man said nothing. I've been to Narnia. I don't recommend it.
