The sellers were responsive, they offered several options when choosing, they gave the tea a sniff, they suggested the time, temperature and brewing settings. I've only tried red so far, it's similar to our black, only better

We were here like in a tea shop more than in a store. We did not immediately understand what was being done and how, but the friendly staff of the institution helped with everything, picked up the desired teas to suit our tastes, planted and politely served in everything. The store itself is gorgeous, just in fact, a lot of themed posters, a Chinese-style interior and calm music. The assortment is so huge that I didn't even have time to look at everything right away, I haven't seen this yet. I recommend you to visit for a relaxing evening in company, alone or for a date.

I had a very unpleasant impression after visiting this store. There is no question about the assortment and visual, but the sales consultant is something with something. I came to get a present for my friend. I don't understand anything about this issue, which is why I was hoping to get a consultation. At the exit, I got a "well, look there." Where is it going? What's there? I received monosyllabic answers to my questions with terms I didn't recognize, and I felt passive aggression. As a result, I had to take it at random, not even really understanding what exactly I took. I hope the girl is just having a bad day and on other days she really helps clients find what they need.
