Hello everyone I bought a washing machine in the store. The consultants are polite, willing and happy to give all the information about the product. I paid for the delivery along the way. The condition was that it would be delivered in a week in the afternoon. Okay. On the eve of the delivery day, they called and said that the delivery would be in the morning and they would have to wait 4 hours! Is it okay? No!!! I called and asked what the reason for the change in delivery time is? Answer: the force majeure. There were no cataclysms that day, except for the supermoon and strong magnetic storms! And now a topic for reflection: how do I plan a day for a working person if I work shifts or work all day? No way! Take time off or at your own expense. Nothing personal. A review is a feedback for customers.
