Very long delivery, no one warns about it that the order needs to wait a week, after receiving the order we found that there was only a TV and nothing else. There are no complaints about the TV itself, it works flawlessly. But there are a lot of complaints about everything else, indicate that you will be waiting for the order for a long time, no components are included, it is impossible to pay in cash to the courier.

I do not recommend this company and brand. We bought a washing machine TECHNO W812S-SD6W-M301 washing machine. Half a year later, there was a backlash in the drum, we called the salon for a refund. When the master came to us, I told him the problem, he watched it for 4 hours and said:"that she's fine." My husband called the company a couple of days later, another master came to us and said, "that there really are problems in the washing machine." A driver was sent to us twice, but they did not give us certificates. They also asked my husband to help them lower the washing machine with the driver, because they don't have people. My husband didn't mind helping, because he already wanted to solve this issue faster, but the driver, again, was undocumented. It is clear that we did not accept or give away the washing machine, and when we called the store, the manager blamed the warehouse and offered to come to the store to pick up the certificates. My husband and I had already lost our nerves here, and we contacted the director, the issue was resolved for us during the day, and the third time the driver came to us with his man and documents, she was taken away. They gave us a new one instead .After 2 months, the same problems appeared + there were questions about the modes / time / , she typed and drained . Another call to the store and I went to write an application for a refund, to which I received a letter: "refuse us," my husband called the store, told me to come write another application and provide an act that would indicate all the problems. 14 days later, the driver called her husband and said, "I'll be there in five minutes and pick up the washing machine . " of course, the husband did not accept, everyone was at work, called the company and they turned on the ignorant " oh, but did no one call you or warn you ".It is not known how else the refund will end and when it will happen, but we were very unhappy with this brand. I hope my review will help someone avoid getting into this situation.

It turned out that the store was not branded at all, they did not work with Atlant and could not replace the refrigerator with a similar one. They also cannot return the money, since to return it you need to take some kind of original certificate from the bank, which is required by their accountant, although there is a check, a TTN and a contract on hand. It is not possible to contact the management, the operator does not know anything, does not give contacts. And when, after 1.5 weeks of correspondence in Viber, I threatened to write to the consumer protection society, the matter got off the ground and the money was returned to me. As a result, if possible, it is better to buy in another store. I'm definitely not going to get in touch anymore.

There are questions about the consultants....One consultant (a woman) is very polite and sociable....The second male consultant (if my memory does not fail me, Sergey) is a man who apparently understands technology, but answers questions briefly, with such reluctance and dissatisfaction....the question immediately arises - Why do you work there?!?!?! It's your job to answer questions about technology and advise customers. There are also huge questions about delivery....The delivery was supposed to arrive from 15.00 to 20.00 (with the condition that they call an hour and a half before the customer arrives), the store itself does not give the delivery service contacts...after calling the store at 7.40 pm, the store representative just said wait, we have to come....when asked HOW MANY times or requests TO GIVE the phone NUMBER of the delivery service, he said that he was just a cashier and he did not have phones... We were warned that the deliverers would bring the equipment (in this case, the refrigerator) into the apartment in the hallway, unpack and leave. I.e., bringing the refrigerator into the kitchen is a matter for buyers. As a result, I had to ask for help from people I know (for money, of course). And we all sat together from 15.00 to 20.35 and waited for the refrigerator to arrive. In 1945, the deliverers called after all... At 20.35 the deliverers arrived, brought him into the corridor, examined him, signed the documents and left. Moreover, there were only 5 deliveries on the delivery list for that day and we were the 4th in a row ... i.e. from 15.00 to 20.35 they delivered 3 refrigerators and our 4th...The request to bring the refrigerator directly to the kitchen, of course, was refused. One of the deliverymen was constantly indignant that I asked him questions about service centers and what to do if he suddenly did not work, etc. In short, the service is on the verge of fiction. I do not recommend this store! The exact same product can be found in other online stores. where questions will be answered, and there will be no questions with delivery (tested on our own experience). Such a service discourages anyone from buying other equipment in this store.
