We were at the store today. We made purchases and were very satisfied. The staff is polite and patient. I explained it several times,and we bought a refrigerator and freezer in installments. Hello! Please respond to my letter. I bought a TECHNO VC3925 vertical vacuum cleaner in installments at 41 Rechitsky Avenue, Gomel. The head of the store at 41 Rechitsky Avenue, Gomel, advertised it as the best, indicating the operating time of the vertical vacuum cleaner — 45 minutes at medium power. After the purchase, I came home and put the vertical vacuum cleaner on charge. The total charging time from 0 to 98 percent is 4 hours, and in my opinion, this is a big minus that I was not told about. Then I noticed that the number 36 wasn't fully lit on the electric board, and it didn't bother me much. But after charging it, I started vacuuming the apartment, and the vacuum cleaner only lasted for 15 minutes, while it was running at medium power. In this situation, I am very angry at the store manager because he did not tell the truth. The next day, I visited the store, where the manager pretended that he did not understand what was being said, and that he had not said it. I was contacted by a girl who behaved incorrectly, abruptly and audaciously answering questions. The store manager stood and was silent. I think it's his fault, because he should have been honest about the product, especially when he was told what the vacuum cleaner was for and what functions it should perform. I would like to draw your attention to the staff at this store, as well as the possibility of returning the product to the store. The Atlant refrigerator was bought 2 years ago. Everything was fine. Until a storm hit Gomel on July 14, 2024. There was no electricity for 12 hours. Then the refrigerator compartment appeared and stopped gaining a temperature of 5 degrees. The food has gone bad. On July 16, in the morning, I called the masters, the refrigerator is still under warranty for another year, the repair shop replied that you want it hot, let it work like this, the master is on sick leave, we will not go. The technocity master is on vacation, we will not go. I called others from the brochure that was given at the time of purchase. Everyone is not involved in either the guarantee or the Gomel region. I am 10 km from Gomel and no one can help. They don't want to go. The refrigerator is making noises without stopping. The light bulb in the refrigerator burned out. On what I was told, unscrew and buy for Telman 1. This is the guarantee given by Atlant.
