Хорошее месторасположение, вблизи от метро Я.Колоса, компактное отделение, 2 кассы с обменом валют, около 5ти специалистов по обслуживанию в зале, охрана, присутствует электронная очередь. Немного маловато места, в дни "пик" могут быть очереди.

"+" мало народа в очереди, быстро двигается, вежливый персонал, четко дадут любую консультацию, недалеко остановки трамвая, метро, автобуса,всегда тихо и спокойно, имеется туалет и зарядка доя любого вида телефона или планшета.ю,наличие охраны и возможность быстро вызвать милицию.
"-"нет детского уголка, НО персонал нашёл и предоставил детям несколько фломастеров и листочков для рисования.

Вечером можно не заходить - в очереди появляются "левые" талоны, которые просто тянут время для персонала, а за двадцать минут до закрытия просят свалить из-за большого количества талонов. По факту: сидело 5ть человек, талоны без людей повторялись 25минут. В общем: не тратьте свое время.

Вполне себе приличное отделение банка. Поток клиентов небольшой, но постоянный. Если бы количество клиентов чуть увеличилось, это стало бы большой проблемой, так как помещение маленькое и зона ожидания для клиентов тоже. Только оперативная работа персонала позволяет избежать коллапса.
