The horror! You can see that they give five stars, after bad comments, to their people at the request. If you need to get to the cashier in an hour, you don't have to invest. Four specialists continuously send their clients out of turn to one working cashier, the rest are waiting for this flow to end. There are three cash registers, but only one is open. I told the girls that this was not respect for other customers, and they silently took their turn to the cashier. By the way, in this branch, without a ruler, they can determine the size of the defect on the bill, almost all the bills were not accepted- another bank attached a ruler and all accepted the banknotes. But it is very common to issue bills with pigtails , and to issue others with dissatisfaction.

I've been walking for almost a week, standing in line for 40-50 minutes, so that they would kick me out and not accept me. Very pleasant. Once an employee incorrectly prompted me and took the ticket in the wrong window, I stood in line for 50 minutes to find out, I didn't want to stand with a new ticket for the same amount. Is gone. Another time I stood in line for 40 minutes, I was kicked out 5 minutes before closing time and told not to wait. The next day, the same situation. I work until 9 to 18 and physically do not get to other times. Is it really impossible to nominally calculate the time when to finish issuing coupons?! 3 hours of life in the empty, in nowhere. Either change the time of issuing coupons or serve everyone who has been issued a tag. This is really bullying. If anything, I need to perform an operation that cannot be performed through the app or over the phone.

I understand everything, but they are not quick, go a few steps to the cash register and give the documents - they go as if on a podium. Send them for experience to the department at Mstislavets 11. There are at least 2 times less places and employees, and efficiency and speed are greater! I add: today, November 8, I spent 1 hour and 24 minutes waiting. Mozharova (a spitialist), during this time, and went for a smoke break and apparently to drink tea. Well, you need to see how slowly it works on the computer.

Quite a decent bank branch. The flow of customers is small, but constant. If the number of customers increased slightly, it would be a big problem, since the room is small and the waiting area for customers is also small. Only the operational work of the staff allows you to avoid collapse.

During the holidays, the banking staff does not even bother to indicate non-working days / hours. The same applies to the opening hours of the cash register, separate from the customer service. 1/10 is one point for the fact that they cooperate with the Golden Crown (which is more of a minus than a plus, because it was the monopoly that gave rise to the disgusting service).
