Today (12/16/2025), a certain boorish employee worked. If she had a badge or a sign, she would have indicated a specific name, but I don't even know who to complain about. From the very beginning of our interaction, she began to teach me what to do and how to write and when to give money. All the operators always told me the amount at the end and gave me all the receipts to identify discrepancies in the recipient's account and/or amount. This time, in an arrogant and boorish manner, she demanded money in advance, insisting that I was wrong. She also did not return the invoices and the amounts to verify the payment. It works extremely slowly. During the day, I visited several times and there is always a queue of 5+ people. While she was serving me, a lot of people also gathered (usually similar operations in other locations take 2-3 minutes at most)
