A terrible attitude. I tried to change 120 euros on 05/28/12 at about 18:10. The cashier said that she could only change 50, because she saw "specks" on the rest. I turned to a nearby exchanger to have it checked there too. We checked in the next one - the bills are clean, there are no "spots". I go back to the cashier at technobank, I say that the bills are clean, so I checked them, why are you lying about the "specks"? It seems that she did not want to change because of the unfavorable course for her. I changed the Alfa-Bank in the neighboring exchanger. They didn't see any "spots" on the bill there and took it without any problems, but at a slightly lower rate. I told the technobank cashier that I would write a review as is... She replied - write whatever you want! That's the attitude. I do not advise contacting them.
